  1. I just finished this yesterday and I'm missing it. Fantasy, mystery, adventure, and an exotic, well-described setting make this a great read for middle school and older. Set in Nigeria, Sunny is a young woman who's recently moved from the US to her parents' home country. She feels out of place and different, and many of the other students make fun of her because she does well in school and because she's an albino. She finds friends who lead her to her true calling, and with them discovers her life as a Leopard person. Read it!
